This Privacy Policy explains how Fudlink Agricultural Technology Close Corporation (operating as Fudlink) ('Fudlink', 'we', 'us', or 'our',) collects and uses the information you provide to us, to help you make informed decisions when you use our website ("Site") and mobile application ("App"), collectively our Services. transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Namibia and process it there.
We reserve the right to transfer information to a third-party in the event of a sale, merger or
other transfer of all or substantially all the assets of our or any of our Corporate Affiliates/
Subsidiaries to which the Service relates, or in the event that we discontinue our business or file
a petition or have filed against us a petition in bankruptcy, reorganisation or similar proceeding,
provide that the third party agrees to adheres to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
4. ANALYTICS, OPERATIONAL & RESEARCH SERVICES
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our Service, such as, Google Analytics to better understand how visitors interact with our Sites. This service provides technical data including but not limited to data on where visitors came from, what actions they took on our Sites, and where visitors went when they left our Sites. Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18 (“Child” or “Children”).We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we shall take steps to remove that information from our servers.
